Note: After the elastic straps are bound to Tube 9 (9), slide
Tube - 10 (10) into the sleeve of the Ball Return Net, then
attach it to Tube - 9 (9) as shown in FIG. 13. Fasten the Bolt
(A2) with the Allen Key to finish this step.
