1. Carefully read the instructions and
warnings contained in this manual;
they provide important information
for the safe installation, use and main-
tenance of your new appliance. This
manual constitutes an integral and es-
sential part of the product. It must al-
ways accompany the appliance, even
when the latter is transferred to anoth-
er owner or user and/or is installed on
another system.
2. The manufacturer shall not be held lia-
ble for any damage or injury to persons
or animals due to improper, incorrect
and unreasonable use or due to failure
to comply with the instructions set forth
herein.
3. This appliance is designed to produce
hot water for domestic use. It should
be connected to the distribution mains
supply for domestic hot water in accord-
ance with the performance levels and
power rating of the appliance. It is strictly
forbidden to use the appliance for pur-
poses other than those specified. The
manufacturer shall not be held liable for
any damage due to improper, incorrect
or unreasonable use or due to failure to
comply with the indications outlined in
this manual.
The installation technician must be qual-
ified and authorised to install heating
equipment pursuant to Ministerial De-
cree n. 37, 22 January 2008 and sub-
sequent amendments, updating the law
governing the installation of systems in-
side buildings.
This appliance, as regards contact with
domestic water, satisfies the provisions
of Ministerial Decree n. 174/2004, 6 April
2004.
4. Installation, maintenance and all other
interventions must be carried out in full
conformity with current legal regulations
and any instructions provided by the

manufacturer, pursuant to applicable law
(Presidential Decree 74/2013 and subse-
quent amendments).
In the event of faults and/or malfunc-
tions, switch the appliance off and shut
off the gas valve. Do not attempt to per-
form any repairs yourself but contact a
qualified professional instead.
Any repairs must be carried out by qual-
ified technicians using original spare
parts only. Failure to comply with the
above may jeopardise the device's safe-
ty and void the manufacturer's liability.
In the event of any maintenance or other
work on structures in the immediate vi-
cinity of the ducts or flue gas discharge
devices and relevant accessories, turn
the appliance off and on completion of
the work, have the efficiency of the rela-
tive ducts or devices checked by a qual-
ified professional.
5. Keep all packaging material (clips, plas-
tic bags, expanded polystyrene, etc.) out
of reach of children, as it may be poten-
tially dangerous.
6. The appliance can be used by children
older than 8 years and by people with
reduced physical, sensory or mental
abilities, or who lack adequate expe-
rience and the necessary knowledge,
provided they are supervised or have
been instructed on the safe use of the
appliance and on the potential risks
connected with it.
Children must not play with the appli-
ance. Any cleaning and maintenance
performed by the user must not be ef-
fected by unsupervised children.
7. It is mandatory to fit a regulatory safety
valve onto the appliance's water inlet
pipe. For countries that have implement-
ed standard EN 1487, the safety unit
must have a maximum pressure of 0.7
MPa and must include at least a shut-off
valve, a check valve, a safety valve and
a water pressure shut-off device.
