TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

In the case of a fault, abnormal operation or in general, checks on the heater, call our autho-
rised and qualified SERVICE CENTRE in your area. Use only original spare parts and make
sure that only qualified personnel carry out their replacement.
NOTE:
The appliance is protected against malfunction by means of internal checks perfor-
med by the controller, which executes a safety shutdown if necessary. There are two
types of safety shutdown: volatile and non-volatile:

EXTRA FUNCTIONS

The electronics on the water heater allow many extra functions that are available during heater
operation and come under two headings:
• special safety functions
• special service functions
SPECIAL SAFETY FUNCTIONS
These functions are always active when the heater is connected to the electrical supply.
They regard all those controls that offer active safety protection to the heater:
