3. Memory area / user selection

The device can store 60 memories (180 for BP-520) divided in 2 different
memory areas (A and B). Memory areas could be used for storing the
measurements of 2 different users or a single user could decide to keep 2
different groups of measurements separated (ex: summer/winter, before/
after therapy, etc...)
When pressing briefly the "SET" button with the device off, the symbol
of the selected memory area/user (A or B) will appear. Press the "SET"
button again to change the current area/user. Finally, press the " " button
to save the current setting and start to measure.
Press the " " button to turn off the unit.
The unit will automatically turn off after 30 seconds if not used.

Proper Way of Measurement

1. Remove all clothes from your wrist allowing the cuff to fit directly
on the skin.
2. Wrap the cuff tightly around your wrist by using the Velcro strip.

Sit with your feet flat on the floor. The wrist have to be at heart level
during the measurement.
Relax your arm, keep the palm upward and the fingers curving
naturally.

Take a Measurement

Press the " " button. All display symbols appear.
Measurement starts while inflating. The hearbeat symbol flashes
once a pulse is detected.
The blood pressure and pulse rate are displayed when the
measurement is completed.
1-Start 2-Inflating
The cuff is deflated automatically, and all of the measurement results
are stored in the memory with date and time. The IHB symbol will be
displayed if irregular heartbeat is detected.
