Do not store flammable items near the equipment. The ambient temperature should not ex-
ceed 45℃, humidity should be less than 85%.
Equipment installation and maintenance must be carried out by skilled specialists.
4. SPECIAL NOTES
•
This item is industrial equipment and it shall be used by a skilled professional.
•
Do not disassemble and do not modify the press grill.
Do not lift the upper griddle plate sharply, do not install it on an uneven surface.
Disassembly and modification may cause serious accidents.
•
Before cleaning, turn off and unplug the press grill.
Do not spray water directly on the equipment.
Water conducts electric current.
•
Do not knock on the grill and do not put heavy objects on it.
Improper operation may damage the equipment and cause accidents.
•
High temperature may lead to burns.
When using the equipment, before or after using, do not touch the box and griddle
plate because of the high temperature.
•
Do not use power supply that does not meet safety standards.
•
During a thunderstorm, turn off the power as soon as possible.
This will prevent damage to the equipment in the event of a lightning strike.
•
Do not damage the control panel and the grill surface with heavy or
sharp objects.
•
Upon completion of the work with the press grill, the user shall
turn off the main switch.
•
Installation and maintenance of the circuit must be performed
by certified professionals. If the power cable is damaged,
it should be replaced by a skilled technician to avoid
accidents.
5. OPERATION MANUAL
Before using the press grill, check the power supply to make sure the voltage is as specified.
Plug and connect the power supply.
Turn the temperature adjuster clockwise to set the desired temperature. A yellow light will turn
on and show that the filament heater has started heating and the temperature of the upper
and lower grill has started rising.
The temperature can be adjusted according to different kinds of products, preferably between
180℃~250℃. When the power is switched on, it takes about 8 minutes to raise the temperature
