Introduction
This guide rail is intended for use with the FERM
CSM1043 precision circular saw. This saw is
intended for sawing different types of thin material
and for home use only. This guide rail can be
used for accurately cutting wood, plastics and
ceramics. Always read the operating instructions
of your CSM1043 before using this device.

Unplug the machine before mounting
any accessories!
Guide rail holder
• Mount the holder (4) to the CSM1043 saw
using the bolt (5) as shown on figure B.
Assembling the guide rail
• Slide the coupling bar (2) into the groove on
the guide rail (1).
• Position the coupling bar exactly in-between
the two guide rails as shown on figure C.
• Tighten the grub screws on the coupling bar,
fixating the two guide rails.
3. OPERATION
• Slide a clamp (3) into each of the two grooves
on the guide rail (1).
• Firmly tighten the clamp onto the workpiece.
Make sure both clamps are always firmly
mounted and tightened onto the workpiece
and a surface (table).
• Make sure the holder (4) retains a good grip
onto the guide rail when using the saw, as
shown on figure E.
