Our team of technicians has designed it to be equipped with components aimed at making the job
safer, faster and more efficient.

- EN 12852 (safety and hygiene of machines for the food industry).
The enclosed conformity declaration CE 043/08, certifies that the CE mark has been applied with
reference to directive:
- 2004/2108/CE - 15/12/2004
- 2006/9/CE - 12/12/2006
Before leaving the factory products and machines are subjected to rigorous tests in fulfilment of
internal manufacturing quality standards, complying with standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2000.
contains a boiler-tank that has been hermetically sealed to prevent liquid from leaking;
each machine is supplied with the boiler-tank already filled with liquid. Under no circumstances must
you tamper with the safety valves, sensors and level gauges.
In order to guarantee that the machine gives maximum satisfaction during its use and to
maintain reliability requirements in the long term, you are invited to follow the enclosed usage
and maintenance instructions very carefully.
