- position the luminous button on "OFF ", the light on the button will go out and the machine will be
switched off from the electricity supply;
- the green "READY TO USE" light will also go out, while the machine automatically keeps the
temperature used during the last work cycle in its memory;
- discharge the residual air from the mains, bringing the pressure value to zero (reading on the
manometer), as indicated in point 5;
- take the plug out of the socket.
ADVICE:
Follow the advice below to obtain an even and optimal jelly coverage:
- keep the nozzle of the gun at about 5-10 cm from the product to be covered in jelly, in a straight
and perpendicular position;
- with a round nozzle: move the gun in a rotating direction over the product to be covered in jelly;
- with a fan nozzle: move the gun horizontally and vertically over the product to be covered in jelly..
ANOMALIES:
UNEVEN SPRAY
This anomaly may be caused by:
a) insufficient compressed air pressure:
- adjust the "AIR REGULATION" knob increasing the pressure (the value can be read on the "AIR
PRESSURE" manometer);
b) a blocked or dirty gun nozzle:
- clean as follows:
- round nozzles: after unscrewing the internal screw, wash in plenty of hot water;
- fan nozzles: wash in plenty of hot water.
LACK OF LIQUID AND/OR FAULT
WARNING:
If the red "WATER LEVEL" light comes on, warning that there is not enough liquid and/or there is a
fault in the steam-level gauge systems, switch the machine off immediately at the main switch
bringing it to the "OFF" position and take the electric plug out.
Once the machine is off, carry out the following operations:
- open the top hatch at the back of the machine;
- remove the suction tube from the jelly holder container and the container itself;
- lift up the hinged boiler inspection door;
- wait for the tank to cool (from 30 to 60 minutes);
- make sure it is cool and, taking great care, unscrew the red cap, on the boile (a small amount of
residual steam may come out);
- add distilled water without filling the tank completely (leave a space of about 1.5 cm from the top);
- close the tank;
- close the boiler inspection door;
- follow the procedures indicated under points B, C and points 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 – 5.
If the red "WATER LEVEL" should still be on when you restart the machine, indicating in this way that
there is a fault in the control system and/or liquid containing system
