Maintenance
If the water is hard which means that the water contains too much
calcium and magnesium, there may be white powder incrusted on
the surface and inside the tank. This may cause the machine to stop
working correctly. We recommend you to:

Solution
Connect power supply,
switch on
Put water into water tank
Increase power supply
Empty water tank, uncover,
leave for 12 hours.
Fill tank with clean water.
Empty out some of the
water from the water tank
closed the cover of water
tank tightly
Clean transducer
Clean water tank, change
for fresh clean water
Top water tank up with
water and try again
Move the unit to a flat
surface
Attach the tank firmly to
the base
