Servicing and maintenance
3.1 Monthly cleaning
3.2 Maintenance by the Customer Service Department
The heat exchanger must be cleaned once a year irrespective of whether there is a maintenance contract or
not. Depending on the degree of soiling, the performance of the heat exchanger will be reduced without
maintenance.
Contact an authorised service technician for the maintenance.

Malfunctions
4.1 Increased generation of noise
In rare cases a loud humming noise may develop due to sound reflection. In this case we recommend the
installation of isolating buffers.
Contact an authorised service technician for the installation.

Cleaning the heat pump module:
Slide the ventilation grill upwards and remove it.
Clean the space behind the ventilation grill with a cleaning cloth.
Wash the ventilation grill in the machine and then refit.
Open the hood.
Spray the suction channel with warm water. Use a water hose,
not a high-pressure cleaner.
Clean the suction channel with a cleaning cloth.
The fresh water must in microbiological aspects have the quality of drinking water.
max. 60°C
We recommend a maximum hardness of 3 °dH (3.8 °e / 5.34 °TH / 0.54 mmol/l), to
prevent scaling in the machine.
The conductivity must be ≥ 200 µS/cm (128 ppm TDS).
150 kPa (1.5 bar)
at least. 4 l/min
