Seat functions and operation

Weight adjustment
The driver's weight must be adjusted when
the driver's seat is loaded. To do this, turn the
weight adjustment knob clockwise (-) or
counterclockwise (+). The correct driver
weight is set when the arrow is in the centre
position (recess) of the weight display.
To prevent damage to health and
material, the individual driver weight setting
must be checked and adjusted before the
vehicle is put into service.
When the minimum or maximum
weight setting is reached, this is indicated by
a noticeable idle stroke on the lever.
Weight adjustment possible from 48kg
to 130kg; the technical specification on the
quotation drawing is decisive.
Longitudinal adjustment
Moving the locking lever clockwise enables
making a longitudinal adjustment.
Caution Risk of accident!
Do not operate the locking lever
while driving.
Caution Danger of crushing!
Only hold the lever by the handle,
do not reach under the lever.
After adjustment, the locking lever
must engage in the desired position. After
locking, it must no longer be possible to move
the driver's seat to another position.
Do not lift the locking lever with your
leg or calf.
