MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
IMPORTANT CHECKS AND MAINTENANCE WORK
TO BE CARRIED OUT BY A SHERCO WORKSHOP

Check the clutch disc wear
Check the length of the clutch springs
Check that the clutch nut is not marked
Check that the clutch housing is not marked
Check the wear of the cylinder
Replace the piston
Clean and check the operation of the valve and booster system.
Control its wear
Check the run-out at the end of the crankshaft
Replacement of the connecting rod bearing
Replacing the connecting rod
Replace crankshaft bearings
Check the total wear of the gearbox (sprockets, bearings, forks)
Check the reed valve petals
Replace fiberglass packing in the muffler
