Installation of new fuel door assembly:
10. Install the chrome fuel door assembly by sliding it towards
the front of the vehicle, making sure the holes in the fuel
door hinge align with the holes in the sheet metal.
11. Insert provided T30 Torx screw in lower mounting hole and
secure with provided M6 nut.
12. Insert remaining T30 Torx screw in top mounting hole and
secure with remaining M6 nut.
13. Close the fuel door, if adjustment is needed loosen the T30
Torx screws holding the fuel door in place and move accord-
ingly.
14. Tighten T30 Torx screws to 9.0 Nm (80 lbin).

15. Remove gas filler cap, and install the fuel cup housing (2).
16. Reinstall gas filler cap.
17. Reinstall the three 7mm screws that hold the fuel cup
housing in place. Tighten the screws to 2.0 Nm (18lbin).
Make sure fuel cup housing retaining tabs are fully engaged
to the body.
18. Close the fuel door.
