Special Chemicals:
1. Spray Bottle of wetting agent (which is a solution of soap
and water. 20% alcohol, 1 oz. of dish soap to 1 gallon
ofwater).
Special Tools:
1. Heat gun (optional)
2. Application Squeegee
Preparation:
• Verify all parts are present.
• Avoid installing film in direct sunlight or extreme cold or heat.
• Installation Area should be clean and well-lit to ensure the
best possible results of the application. Installation area
needs to be clean and free of dust, grease, dirt and other
object which can become airborne.
Vehicle Surface Preparation:
1. Clean the entire area where the film is to be applied with
soap and water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
2. Clean the entire area where the film is to be applied with
alcohol wipe. Dry wipe completely.
3. Thoroughly wash hands to make sure they are clean and
free of lint, grease, dirt, etc.

Installation:
4. While holding one of the pre-mask tabs, carefully peel the
release liner from the film. Once removed, spray vehicle
surface and adhesive side of film liberally with wetting
solution. (See Figure 1)

5. Using the body features and trunklid striker, place the film,
adhesive side down, onto the rear bumper. The notch in the
center of the premask should align with the trunklid striker.
