CORRECT USE

This equipment is intended for use in public catering enterprises and is used for preparing freshly
squeezed juices.
RULES AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
1.
Do not use the equipment for purposes other than for which it is intended.
2.
The equipment must be installed on a flat horizontal surface.
3.
The equipment must be placed at a distance from heat sources (gas and electric stoves,
ovens, etc.).
4.
The mains parameters (voltage, frequency) must correspond to the equipment parameters.
5.
Before switching on the equipment, it must be completely and carefully assembled, with the
lid locked in its working position.
6.
Once switched on, do not leave the equipment unattended.
7.
Use the pusher to feed fruits and vegetables into the inlet opening.
8.
Do not touch moving parts with your hands while the equipment is in operation.
9.
Do not overload the equipment. Do not load too much at a time, and do not use force when
feeding the rotating grater.
10. After completing work, make sure that the motor has stopped completely and disconnect
the unit from the mains before disassembling and cleaning the equipment.
11. To prevent electric shock, do not touch the power cord and plug with wet hands, and do not
place the motor unit, power cord or plug under running water or immerse them in water or any
other liquid.
12. Do not use abrasive materials, metal sponges or brushes, aggressive chlorine-containing
cleaning agents, gasoline, acids, alkalis or solvents to clean the equipment.

repair the equipment yourself. Contact an authorized dealer of the manufacturer.
14. Do not use the equipment if the power cord or plug is damaged. Contact an authorized
dealer of the manufacturer to replace the power cord.
