Once the oil temperature has decreased to the normal level, drain oil from the bowl.

In order to ensure safe and long lifetime of the machine, it is necessary to provide
cleanness of the bowl and electrical heater, removing oil crust from the bowl and dirt
from the electrical heater.

The oil partition is designed for protection of the tubular electrical heater. In the
course of operation, place the partition into the bowl.

1) The electrical junction box accommodates temperature controller, the operation
temperature is equal to 230°C.
2) On the outside, there is a "Machine restart button in case of overheating". If the
temperature level comes out beyond the range limits, the protection switch will get
operated. Press the restart button to start the machine again.

The electrical junction box accommodates a micro-limiter button. When the
electrical junction box is placed into the lower part of the housing, power supply will
start entering therein, remove the box after the power supply of the machine is cut
off.

In order to avoid overboiling, use only fresh vegetable oil. Do not use old oil as it
has a low boiling limit and is mostly prone to overboiling.
E. Installation instruction
1.
Power supply should conform to the machine requirements.
2.
The user should install a convenient on/off button and a disconnector near the
machine.
3.
A grounding bolt is located on the rear side of the device. Observing the safety
regulations connect the grounding cable correctly to a copper conductor with the
cross-sectional area of at least 2 mm2.
4.
Before proceeding to operation, check the power supply, voltage level and
grounding.
5.
No washing of the electrical junction box using direct water head is allowed.
6.
The machine installation should be performed by qualified personnel.

Only skilled cooks can be admitted to operation of this machine.

Any independent repair of this machine is prohibited! It can lead to an accident.
●
It is not allowed to subject the machine to direct water head or soak the electrical
junction box in the course of washing. Water is an electricity conductor, which can
lead to electrical shock.
●
High temperature can lead to burns. In the course of operation as well as before or
after operation, do not touch its housing or bowl because of high temperature.
●
It is not allowed to use power supply with other voltage characteristics. It is not
allowed to use the main switch, which does not conform to safety standards.
