INTRODUCTION

Prior to commencing operation, you should read and understand this Certificate and keep it
throughout service life of the equipment. Please keep in mind that following all the instructions
below, you will extend the service life of your equipment as well as reduce the risk of injuries
to operating personnel.

2. INSTALLATION
a.
The equipment shall be grounded prior to use.
b. Mains voltage shall correspond to the nominal value.
c.
The equipment is intended for the indoor use only in the premises free from flamma-
ble substances.
d. Do not touch heating elements.
3. OPERATION
a.
Verify the connection to electric mains.
b. Connect the power sources, turn the switch on, put the food into the French fries
warmer.
c.
After the use, turn the switch OFF, disconnect the equipment from the power supply.
4. TRANSPORTATION
During transportation, handle the equipment with care, avoid shaking.
5. CLEANING
For cleaning, use wet cloth with non-corrosive washing agent. It is prohibited to wash the equip-
ment under water jet!
