Cutting by cubes and straws for French fries. For this purpose a cutting grate and a
corresponding plate for cutting by cubes are used. You have to put the cutting grate on
the motor shaft first and then the plate for cutting by cubes.

Close the cap and turn the holding lock clockwise.
If the cap is not closed and the holding lock is not turned, the protective microswitch
won't let start the motor.
SWITCHING THE EQUIPMENT ON
1.
Prepare vegetables (wash, clean and cut into junks, as required).
2.
Make sure that the machine is assembled, the cap is closed and secured by the holding
lock. Put a suitable vessel under the discharge opening. Switch the machine on using
the automatic switch.
3.
Raise the push arm, load the product in the opening and lower the push arm.

See fig. 5. Push the green button "START" with your right hand. Push the push arm
with your left hand to deliver the product to the cutting plate.
To prevent equipment overloading and failure, pressure on the push arm shall be
uniform and not too strong.

Raise the push arm and load the next portion of product into the opening. Lower the
push arm. The equipment will automatically start. Repeat the procedure until the whole
product is processed.

The cap is equipped with two loading openings. The large opening equipped with the
push arm is intended for processing of large vegetables. The cylindric opening equipped
with the plastic pestle is intended for processing of long thin vegetables (carrot,
cucumbers, etc.).
When operated with one cutting plate the product can be loaded into both openings.
When operated with the cutting plate and grate (cutting by cubes and straws) the
product shall be loaded into the opening, under which the grate blades are located.
EQUIPMENT SHUT-DOWN
1.
Press the red button "STOP".
2.
Switch the machine off using the automatic switch.
