Brief introduction
Thank you for purchasing our professional equipment.
Before you start operating it, you should read and understand this Certificate and keep it
during the whole service life. Please, keep in mind that following all the instructions below,
you will extend the service life of your equipment as well as reduce the risk of injuries to
operating personnel.
1. Preparation Note.
Before first start:
- make sure the showcase is installed on a flat level surface;
- make sure that all the electrical connections are made in accordance with the applicable safety
standards;
- make sure the equipment is effectively grounded;
- disconnect the equipment from the power supply whenever you are going to clean it;
- make sure that the equipment ventilation openings are not blocked;
- when installing, the minimum distance from the walls to the showcase shall exceed 2 cm;
- do not overfill the cooling compartment for better air circulation;
- adjust the temperature regulator per the number of products to be cooled.
2. Connection.
a) connect the power;
b) when you start the cabinet for the first time, set the maximum value Super at the thermostat
on the side, it allows to cool the contents of the cooling compartment faster;
c) after running for the first 20 minutes, set the thermostat to the Normal position.
Attention: if the power is off, please, wait for 3-5 minutes before turning on the equipment
again. If you try to turn on the equipment earlier, it will not turn on.
Important! When the thermostat value is too high, glass bottles may splinter because of drinks
freezing! Be careful when adjusting the temperature!
d) never place objects weighing more than 20kg on the showcase;
e) do not place the objects that may fall when the showcase doors are open;
3. If the showcase is not used for a long time.
a) switch off the power
b) wipe and dry the inner compartment of the showcase;
c) leave the showcase door ajar to let it dry completely.
4. Defrosting.
During the operation of the showcase, the evaporator surface is getting covered with ice. If the
ice reaches a thickness of 3mm, the showcase should be defrosted and cleaned:
a) remove all the content from the showcase and disconnect from the power source;
b) after defrosting, wash the equipment (instruction is given below) and let it dry. Then follow
the instructions given in cl. Connection.
5. Cleaning.
a) disconnect the equipment from the power source;
b) wipe the internal surfaces with wet cloth using neutral cleaning agents;
Attention: do not use abrasives! Do not use sharp tools! For better operation, wipe the bottom
and back surfaces of the equipment thoroughly. Use slightly soapy water to wash the glass on
the door.
6. Carrying.
- disconnect the showcase from the power source;
- remoe all the products from the showcase;
