7.4. Warranty for the product does not include maintenance during the warranty period, which
is made for a fee.
7.5. Pre-commissioning activities should be carried out by any of the specialized organizations
that have the appropriate attestation.
7.6. The buyer is obliged to conclude a maintenance contract with a specialized organization
within 30 days from the moment of transferring the product to him.
7.7. The warranty is valid if you have the following documents:
- act of commissioning (Annex 1);
- act of technical condition;
- a maintenance agreement with a specialized organization.
Acts are signed by the Buyer, a specialized organization and certified with appropriate seals.
The absence or failure to provide to the manufacturer or to the specialized organization
authorized to carry out the warranty repair of the product of the above mentioned documents
entitles the latter to refuse to fulfill the guarantee obligations.
7.8. The warranty does not apply to glass components and components and lighting fixtures.
7.9. In the event that specialists of the manufacturer or a specialized organization that has the
right to carry out warranty repairs determine the facts that indicate the fault of the Buyer in the
failure of the product, the latter undertakes to pay all expenses that the above mentioned
organizations incurred in the direction of specialists. At the same time, the duty to prove the
absence of guilt lies with the buyer.
7.10. The warranty period is not extended in the event of repair or replacement of parts and
assemblies.
7.11. The total average service life is not less than 12 years.
8. JUNKING OF THE REFRIGERATION CABINETS.
8.1. In accordance with the waste disposal regulations in force in each individual country,
in the case of the refrigeration cabinet junking, it must be divided into components so as to
be handed over or recouped accordingly. The constituent refrigerating units can not be
considered as solid municipal waste.
8.2. The following materials are used in the manufacture of the refrigeration cabinet:
- Zinc plated steel: body and internal parts of the cabinet.
- Stainless steel: evaporator tray, housing (only in special cabinets).
- Steel with application of paint coating: traverses of the unit.
- Aluminum profiles and parts: framing of doors directing the door-compartment.
- Plastics: body, frame-compartment, internal parts, air cooler.
- PPU (foamed polyurethane): heat insulation.
- Glass: double-glazed windows.
8.3. The equipment uses Hladon R 404 A refrigerant with high greenhouse effect potential
(GWP), therefore it is forbidden to cut and / or separate components of the cooling circuit, such
components must be transferred in a general way to specialized centers for the recovery of
cooling gas.
