FOR YOUR SAFETY

The device must be installed on a flat horizontal surface. The minimum distance to the
nearest objects on the right and left side must be at least 10 cm. A functional switch
must be installed near the device and must be easily accessible.
Connection to the mains must be carried out according to the required voltage and
power, and the device must be earthed.
This device must be operated adhering to all safety precautions. If the equipment does
not function properly, stop using it immediately and contact a qualified specialist.
This device must be properly installed and configured before use. After thorough in-
spection, the device can start being used.
Disconnect the power supply and allow the equipment to cool down completely before
disassembling it.
OPERATION
Place the prepared meat on the spit, place it back on the base, then insert the top of
the spit into the fixation tube from above. Adjust and secure the position of the spit
with the meat in relation to the heating elements.
Turn the switch to the ON position.
Control the frying process by turning the spit with the meat.
Once the meat is well cooked and has an appetizing crust, cut it off using a sharp knife.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Make sure to turn off the power before cleaning. Wait for the equipment to cool down
completely.
Use a damp cloth or tissue to clean. Never clean the heating elements.
Never rinse the device under a water jet!
Never use aggressive detergents for cleaning!

DAILY INSPECTION

Check the device before and after use. Ensure that the equipment is in a stable position before
use. Make sure that the power cord is not worn or damaged. Check that there is no strange
smell or noise during operation.
