Pastrami & cheese lattice pastries

Pastrami, sliced, finely chopped
2 oz
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 oz
Cream cheese
1 oz
Spicy or whole grain mustard

Puff pastry sheet, thawed,
rolled to approx. 10 inch x 15 inch

Egg, beaten

1. Mix pastrami, parmesan, cream cheese and
mustard. Evenly spread the filling over the cut
dough, form Jalousie/Lattice pastries and brush
them with egg (refer to instructions p. 6).
2. Baking: approx. 16 min. on the middle rack
of the oven; preheated to 400°F. Remove
from oven and cool slightly.
Tip: Use strips of roast beef instead of pastrami.
