Chicken meatballs stuffed with feta
Preparation & cooking: approx. 30 min. (small size) / approx. 35 min. (large size)

Ground chicken

Feta cheese
Canola oil for frying
Makes approx. 24 small meatballs / 8 large meatballs
1. Peel and finely chop the onion. Finely grate the
lemon zest. Mix the ground chicken, lemon
and onion in a bowl and season. Work the mix
by hand until the ingredients form a slightly
dense / compact mix.
2. Cut the feta cheese into 24 (small size) or
8 (large size) cubs. Then form and fill the
meatballs with the Filled Meatball Maker as
shown in the instructions (see p. 7).
3. Heat a little oil in a non-stick frying pan. Fry
the meatballs portion by portion from all sides;
small size takes approx. 10 min. / large size
takes approx. 15 min.
Serve with: Spaghetti
