Problem
The unit has stopped
The unit doesn't turn on.
The unit won't start
The unit won't stop moving.
There's no sound coming
from the unit if using an
MP3 player
Nature sounds aren't playing.
The seat doesn't stay locked.

Solution
As a safety feature if the
mamaRoo® is obstructed by
anything during a motion it will
stop and the LCD will flash.
You will need to remove the
obstruction and push the GO
button to resume use.
Check that the unit is connected to
a power source.
Check that the Seat Recline Switch
is locked (LCD will indicate if it isn't
locked)
Press power button to turn off the
unit, if this fails to turn off the unit,
disconnect the power supply on
the back of the mamaRoo®.
Disconnect and reconnect the MP3
cable. Adjust volume control.
Disconnect the MP3 cable and
attempt a different nature sound
Discontinue use
Contact customer service for
assistance.
