9. Insert the leg accessory bracket (14) into the top hole on
the front bar (9) and attach it by inserting the medium pin
(11). See Picture 5.
10. Hang the ring (15) from the leg accessory bracket (14).
11. Make sure that the cable with the ankle strap (18) on
the leg accessory pulley (19) always comes out from the
top of the pulley. The cable that comes out from the bottom
of the leg accessory pulley (19) should be attached to the
hook (16). It should be attached to the padded platform
hook (17).
12. To do the exercises, attach the ankle strap (18) around
your ankle, as shown in Picture 6.
13. If the cable is too long for your leg when you do the
exercises, make the cable shorter by tying a knot in it.
IMPORTANT: Never attach two cables to the padded
platform hook (17). They could become tangled.
NOTE: Only eight incline positions can be used with the leg
accessory.
D. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Wear comfortable clothing. Do not work out barefoot.
Before using the Gymform® Multigym, always make sure
that all parts are in their place and work properly (see the
Inspection and Maintenance section).
As your fitness level improves, increase the incline angle
to amp up the intensity and improve your muscle strength.
Don't start with a high-intensity workout. Go easy and
increase gradually at first.
1. Important things to remember when using the
Gymform® Multigym:
- Always take firm control of the sliding padded platform
(13) before getting on and off the unit.
- Keep your feet on the floor when getting on and off the
unit. Take both feet off the floor only when you are doing
the exercises.
- If you are using the handles (20), grip them firmly as you
slide up and down.
2. When doing exercises with only one of the handles (20):
- Grip both handles (20) connected to the cable and slide
the padded platform (13) to a position where you can sit
or lie down comfortably to do the exercise. Make sure you
keep your feet on the floor until you are in the right position
6
to do the specific exercise.
Then, if you have to lift your feet off the floor to do the
exercise, place them as indicated in the Workout Guide.
3. When doing exercises with the footrest (5):
- Slide the padded platform (13) to a position where you
can sit or lie down comfortably to do the exercise. Keep
your feet on the floor until you find the right position and
feel comfortable. Then place both feet in the position
indicated in the Workout Guide and start doing the exercise.
When you begin your workout programme, start with easier
exercises so you become familiar with how the product
works.
Start with a lower incline position and gradually increase it
until you become more familiar with the product.
See the Workout Guide for all the exercises you can do.
