MAINTENANCE

Replacing the Battery or Fuse (See Figure 2)
1. Disconnect the test leads from the circuit under test and set the range selector to OFF.
Remove the test leads from the meter.
2. Remove the protective boot from the meter.
3. Slide off the battery and fuse compartment door.
4. Remove and replace the battery or fuse(s) as necessary.
5. Replace the battery and fuse compartment door. If you have replaced the battery, properly
dispose of the used battery.
