Place the appliance on a flat, heat-resistant surface that is not likely to fall.
2.
Fill the ceramic pot with ingredients.
3.
Then place the pot in the cooking chamber.
4.
Place the glass lid on the pot.
5.
Check if the power switch is in the „off" position.
6.
Plug in the appliance and turn it on.

In Auto mode, the oven heats up to the final temperature (HIGH mode) and then
switches to Low mode to maintain heat.
By selecting the High mode, you can speed up the cooking process.
By selecting Low mode, you can decelerate the cooking process.
Notes on cooking
Most foods are suitable for slow cooking. To achieve ideal results, observe the
following tips, among others:
Cut root vegetables into comparatively smaller pieces when cooking them
with meat, as meat cooking times are shorter. Sauté root vegetables for 2 to 3
minutes if necessary.
Place the root vegetables in the bottom of the pot, making sure that all foods
are covered with liquid.
Remember that fat does not evaporate during slow cooking. Therefore,
remove excess fat if necessary.
If you transfer a regular recipe to the slow cooking method, reduce the
amount of liquid, as liquids do not evaporate during slow cooking.
