Within a total period of 06 months, TRAMONTINA MULTI S.A. undertakes to repair or replace parts free of charge
which according to technical assessment display manufacturing defects under normal conditions of use and
maintenance.
The purchaser is responsible for shipping and packaging costs to the nearest Tramontina Authorised Service provider.
The purchaser is responsible for the equipment's necessary periodical inspection, maintenance and cleaning, and
also for observing all the care requirements in the user's manual.
the following are not covered by warranty:
•
Damage caused by not following the owner's manual.
•
Damage to parts due to normal wear and tear, accidents, incorrect use and maintenance of equipment, or the
operator's lack of knowledge on how to use the equipment.
•
Damage to parts due to assembly or use that are not indicated in the owner's manual.
•
Equipment failure due to improper oil lubricants and/or combustibles (that do not conform to the technical
specifications).
•
Equipment failure due to operation without oil, insufficient oil, excess oil or use of oil different from the type
recommended.
•
Servicing required due to problems from improper oils and combustibles (internal cleaning).
•
Periodic servicing, maintenance and cleaning as needed for the equipment.
•
Damage to the product caused by tampering, using non-original parts or repair by persons not authorized by
Tramontina. For further information, contact a Technical Assistant on the attached list or contact Tramontina.
NOTE
ALL PARTS PROVEN WITH MANUFACTURING DEFECT WILL BE REPLACED
WITHOUT COST, WITHOUT HAVING TO CHANGE THE EQUIPMENT.
