Attaching the accessories must be compatible with
the device's mounting hardware.

Accessories not suited to the device's mounting
hardware may lose their stability, over-vibrate, and
the control over them may be lost.

Do not use accessories which are damaged. Before
every use, check their condition in terms of chips,
cracks, tears or excessive wear.

Should you drop the device, check it for damage.
After inspection and replacement of damaged
elements, set the device securely with respect to
the user and the third parties so that all are away
from the rotating elements. Turn on the device at
the highest speed and allow continuous operation
for about 1 minute. Damaged parts during this
procedure ought to fall apart.

Hold the device touching only the insulated handle
surfaces. It is possible you may come across hidden
wiring or hit your own power cord while working.
Contact with the power cord may cause electric
shock.

Keep the power cord away from rotating parts. If you

accessories.

which the kickback can occur. The kickback will direct
the device in the direction opposite to the rotation.

blades to the device. Such accessories often cause
kickbacks and a loss of control over the device.

4. USE GUIDELINES
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The drywall sander is designed for sanding walls and
ceilings made out of plasterboards, etc. Operations such
as grinding, sanding, brushing, polishing or cutting off
elements can cause danger and injury.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-
intended use of the device.

4.2 PREPARING FOR USE

Attaching the hose to the device and to the bag:
To attach the hose to the device or bag, insert the hose end
into the discharge hole until both fasteners snap into place.
To remove the hose from the device or the bag, press (using
a screwdriver for example) both fasteners towards the
centre of the hose and pull the hose out.
To attach the hose to the vacuum, insert hose end into the
vacuum discharge hole. Use a hose clamp to ensure the
hose does not fall out of the vacuum when in use. To remove
the hose from the device, pull the hose handle (make sure
the hose clamp, if such was used, has been removed).
4.3 DEVICE USE
OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
To start the device, press and hold button (1) and then press
and hold button (2), button (1) may be released. To switch
the device off, release button (2). Use the rotational speed
adjuster knob to select the required speed.

360° corner polishing:
To polish in a corner, remove the side of the disc, and make
sure that the sandpaper reaches the corner of the wall.

300° LED
The function ensures lighting when he device is used in dark
spots. Turn the auxiliary LED lighting on/off using the LED
light switch.
Emptying the dust bag
Please note: Empty the dust bag only after the device has
been switched off. The dust bag has an open seam sealed
with a plastic zipper. If the bag is 1/2 full of dust, it should
be emptied.
Replacing carbon brushes:
Unscrew the screws holding carbon bushes in place,
remove worn out bushes, replace with new ones and screw
in the carbon brushes screws:
ATTENTION! Disconnect the device from the power source
before changing carbon bushes (remove plug from the
socket)!
Head height adjustment:
To change the height of the sanding head, remove the
head:

insert/remove
metal
O-rings from the bolt which
holds the head in place:
re-attach the head.

Replacing sandpaper on the head:
The sandpaper is attached to the head using a velcro
fastener. To remove it, grab an edge of the sandpaper,
prize it off gently and then remove it. To attach new
sandpaper, align it with the head (making sure the holes
on the sandpaper are aligned with the holes in the head)
and press down onto the head.
Replacing an oval head:
To replace a worn out abrasive head, lock it in place by
inserting a tool into the two holes in the head, and then
use a tool to unscrew it:
Then replace the head and
attach the new head using
the provided tools.

4.4 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Disconnect from electricity when cleaning the
equipment. Wait for the rotating elements to stop.
Use cleaners without corrosive substances to clean
each surface.
Dry all parts well after cleaning before the device is
used again.
Store the unit in a dry, cool location, free from
moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
Do not spray the device with a stream of water.
Remove
accumulated
dust
and
contaminants
regularly using compressed air followed by a soft and
dry brush.
Do not use solvents in plastic elements. Solvents such
as petrol, thinner, benzene, alcohol, ammonium or oil
may damage plastic elements. Use a soft cloth and
mild detergent to clean those elements.
Regularly clean the device vent openings.
