Condensed water drain (heat pump
models only)
When the unit is in heat mode, the water
generated by the outdoor unit is evacuated
by a drain system, as shown in Fig. 20. This
drain should be located adequately.
Wiring
Indoor units
1. Open front panel.
2. Remove wiring cover.
3. Take the cable from the indoor unit and
pass it through the connection hole.
4. Connect the blue power supply cable to
terminal "N".
The brown cable to "L" and the yellowgreen
cable to the ground terminal, as indicated
in Fig. 22. For heat pump models, connect
control cables as shown in Fig. 22, and
fasten the cable to the casing.
5. Install electrical connections protector.
6. Assemble front panel.
Prior to final approval of the installation
Make sure that:
- The voltage is always between 198-254 V.
- The power supply cable section is, at least,
the recommended section.
- Condensed water drainage is carried out
correctly, and there are no leaks in the water
circuit.
- Operating instructions have been given to
the user.
7. For heat pump models, fasten operating
cable with the corresponding flange.

1. Remove side cover.

2. Remove prepunches to pass cable and
install power supply protector.
3. Pass wiring through hole.
4. Connect the end of the connection cable

to the corresponding terminals. Make
sure the connection is in accordance with
the indoor unit and the corresponding

grounding connection.
5. Fasten cables with flanges.
6. Attach cables to the right side to prevent
contact with the compressor.
7. Replace side cover.
Attention
- All wiring should be carried out by
qualified personnel in accordance
with local regulations in force.
- Connection to power supply should be
carried out as indicated in this manual.
- It is necessary to install a drain circuit.
- Use indicated fuse.
- If power supply cable is damaged, it should
be replaced by the manufacturer or their
technical service to avoid any possible
danger.
- The power supply cable diameter is
correct. Use this cable exclusively in case
of replacement due to damage.
- Wiring should comply with regulations in
force.
- Incorrect
malfunction.
- Be careful when installing flange.
- Do not leave outer cable too long.

Routine check after
installation
Operational test
1. Prior to test:
- Do not connect unit until completely
installed.
- Wiring should be correct and safe.
- Valves should be open.
- Equipment should be free of impurities.
- Open front panel and set switch to RUN.
2. Operational test method:
- Connect the unit and press ON/OFF
button on remote control unit.
- Press MODE button to check operation
of the three modes: COOL, HEAT and
DEHUMIDIFICATION.
