Safety instructions

DANGER!
If there are any visible signs of damage to the cool box or electrical system, it should not be put
into operation.
Do not store any explosive substances in the device, such as spray cans with propellants.
The cooling unit is not suitable for transporting corrosive substances or substances containing
solvents.
WARNING
When the cooling unit is connected to the vehicle's 12-V socket:
Disconnect or switch off the cooling unit when you switch off the engine. Otherwise, the battery
may be discharged.
When operating the unit while the vehicle is not running, always ensure that your power supply/
battery still has sufficient capacity.
Disconnect your cooling unit and other electrical consumers from the battery before connecting
a quick charger.
WARNING
Electrical equipment is not a toy!
This device can be used by children aged eight years or older and by people with a physical, sen-
sory or mental disability or lack of experience and knowledge, provided that they have received
supervision or instruction regarding safe use of the device and understand the hazards involved.
Children must be supervised to make sure that they do not play with the device.
Cleaning and user maintenance must not be carried out by children without supervision.
Children aged three to eight years are allowed to load and unload cooling units.
Never pull out the plug of the 12-V socket using the connection cable.
If the connecting cable of this device is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, the
manufacturer's customer service department or another qualified person in order to avoid poten-
tial hazards.
When positioning the device, make sure that the supply cable is not pinched or damaged.
Caution
Repairs to this device must be performed only by skilled personnel. Incorrect repairs can cause con-
siderable damage.
Foodstuffs may be stored within the device only in their original packaging or suitable containers.
Disconnect the device from the on-board supply:
– Before cleaning and maintenance
– After every use
