5–5: Conergy IPG 280K–300K: solar generator connections
(1) DC connection, positive pole +
(2 )DC connection, negative pole –
(3) Connection bar for PE (protective earth/grounding)
5. Unscrew the securing nuts from the threaded studs on the
positive pole bar, the negative pole bar and the PE bar.
6. Remove the retaining washer and flat washer from each of the
threaded studs.
Damage due to unsuitable cable lugs!
Cable lugs might become undone, thereby interrupting the flow of
current and causing material damage. The cable lugs must be of
the correct size for the selected conductor diameter!
| Use cable lugs of the correct size.
| Do not use aluminium cable lugs.
Cable lugs are used to fit the conductors L1, L2, L3 and the N
conductor to the AC connection bars (1), (2), (3), (4) and to the
PE connection bar (5).
7. Install the mounting elements on the threaded bolt in the
following order:
a) Cable lug
b) Washer
c) Retaining washer
d) Securing nut
