Functional test

Preparing for commissioning

Risk of fatal injury due to high voltage!
Lines for grid and solar generator voltages carry high voltages.
There is a risk of fatal injury if live parts or cable ends are touched!
| Observe safety devices, warning and safety instructions on the
unit and in this operating manual.
1. Before the first functional test, check the torques of the screw
connections on all connecting bars and terminal blocks and
retighten.
2. Carry out a visual check on all visible screws in the control
cabinet. During manufacture, all electrical screw connections
were marked so that it is easy to recognise if one of the
connections should have worked loose. If such is the case, do
not commission the device and contact Conergy Service!

Allen screws must be tightened with an Allen key. The tightening
torque for the Allen screws on the AC and DC terminal blocks of
the Conergy IPG 40K–60K must be 25–30 Nm.
Preparation for functional test has been completed.
Commissioning
1. Close all safety covers.
2. Close or switch on all disconnectors as well as the DC switch
inside the device.
3. Close the switch cabinet doors and remove the device key.
Set the On/Off switch (0/I switch) on the device's door to "0".
4. Close external DC disconnect facility.
5. Close external AC disconnect facility.
6. Switch on the auxiliary power supply.
7. To switch the central inverter on, set the On/Off switch (0/I
switch) on the front door to "I".
