4. Cutting Procedures
Step 1: The dry cutter can cut an angle from 45° -
90°, right and left.
a.) For 90°, place the workpiece between the
vise plate and fence guide properly and be
sure to tighten the vise. (Figure 5)

b.) For 45°, loosen the two bolts of the fence
guide for the desired angle and retighten.
Then, place the workpiece and tighten the
vise firmly. (Figure 6)

Clamping the Workpiece

The Model 614 Dry Cut Saw is equipped with an
exclusive two-lever vise. Instructions how to hold the
workpiece follow:

Step 2: To start the tool, firmly grasp the handle,
then depress LOCK-OFF switch button
(SAFETY PUSH POLE). Keeping the
safety push pole depressed, pull the trigger
switch. Be sure to allow the motor to reach
maximum speed prior to cutting. (Figure 7)

Step 3: Hold the workpiece firmly. Slowly and
evenly cut the workpiece. Raise the han-
dle from the workpiece and release the
trigger switch to turn saw OFF. Leave the
handle only when the tip saw blade is
completely stopped.
