1. Important advice
Before first application charge the starting aid device at least 12 hours with the supplied charger.
START TRUCK can be used at any kind of weather (rain, snow, coldness, heat) conditionally with the
precautions as follows:
Only use accessories which are recommended from the manufacturer or the START TRUCK salesman, otherwise
you may cause a risk of injuring somebody or damage the device.
1. Remove the plug of the charger as soon as the device has been charged.
2. Do not try to recharge the device with defective accessories. Immediately replace the defective accessories.
3. Do not submerge in water.
4. Do not operate in explosive environment and/or with flammables such as petrol etc.
5. If START TRUCK is damaged or defective, do not try to repair on your own but give it back to the salesman.
6. Do not leave the START TRUCK too long in discharged condition. This may cause irreparable damages.
IMPORTANT: When the engine starter is not in use, recharge it approx. every 2 months with the supplied
accessories. However it is recommended to always keep it connected to the charger.
1. If during the starting process in 12V the max. power is 3200 A, the continuous power supply would be1400 A.
2. If during the starting process in 24V the max. power is 1600 A, the continuous power supply would be 700 A.
3. This device is intended for several applications (e. g. energy source throughout cigarette lighter)
4. Type of battery: sealed gel battery (AGM) according to the I.A.T.A standards.

6. Output cigarette lighter 12V provided with circuit breaker of 20 A, used as supply for all 12V devices and/or
charging of START TRUCK.
7. For checking the state of charge, press button for approx. 10 seconds.
1. Insulated gooseneck clamps, protected against sparks and short circuits.
2. Position at the back side of START TRUCK ( in order that no cables lie around).
3. The START TRUCK is on top of technology due to its sealed 12V AGM battery. It can be stored in each position.
1. Regularly check the state of charge of your START TRUCK by pressing the button for approx. 10 seconds. If
voltage is under 12V (24V) you have to recharge the device immediately by applying methods stated below.
2. It is recommended to charge START TRUCK with the automatic charger as soon as the voltage is 12V. START
TRUCK is completely charged 14,2V (28,4V) if the red light becomes green on the charging device.
1. After starting the engine, START TRUCK has to be connected to the automobile battery from 3 to 5 minutes.
2. Connect it via charging cable LESA-1 into the cigarette lighter (engine has to be started before plugging the cable
into the cigarette lighter). Charging takes 3 to 4 hours.
3. Connect it via automatic charging device/adaptor LESA-4A into a 220V socket. For charging you have to adjust
the switcher to 12V position. Charging takes about 8 hours and switches off automatically. If START TRUCK is
low charged, recharge it up to 30 hours. The charging device has an automatic function which means that
you can permanently recharge START TRUCK.
1. Connect the START TRUCK to the cigarette lighter of the vehicle via charging cable LESA-1 during 30 minutes.
2. Start engine as soon as the charging process is finished and disconnect the plug.
Remark: START TRUCK cannot be charged with a defective battery.
AS STARTING AID DEVICE
1. Always protect your eyes!
2. Make sure that the switcher is in "OFF" position. Always connect the positive (red +) clamp to the positive terminal
first.
3. Only after that connect the negative clamp (black -) to the mass of the vehicle.
Beware of movable parts like: ventilator, V-belt etc.
4. First adjust the switcher to 12V or 24V. Stay away from the battery when starting.
5. When the engine is started readjust the switcher to "OFF" position, first remove the black charging clamp (-).
6. Then remove the red charging clamp (+).
7. Immediately put the charging clamps into the holders.
