CARE AND MAINTENANCE
INFORMATION
• Clean your ear moulds/adapters regularly, using
specially designed wipe. (Ask your hearing care
specialist).
• Regular use of a dehumidifier is recommended
to keep your hearing aids in optimum working
conditions. (Ask your hearing care specialist).
• Always have a spare battery available.
• It is advisable to replace the tube connecting the
mould and the hearing aid once it starts to turn
yellow or becomes rigid.
ATTENTION!
• Do not clean your hearing aids with alcohol,
hydrogen peroxide or detergents: use a soft, moist
cloth.
• Do not immerse your hearing aids in liquid!
Do not wash your hearing aids! Keep them
dry and protected from humidity or damp.
DOMES / ADAPTERS
Cerumen (ear wax) in the domes/adapters or moulds
affects sound quality.
Clean the domes/adapters or moulds immediately
after removing the hearing aids with a soft cloth.
No other tools are required.

DAILY
Cleaning the sound output of the mould/adapters. (Fig. 1)
Cleaning the microphone filter / wind shield. (Fig. 2)
Dehumidifying treatment. (Consult your hearing care specialist)
WEEKLY
Cleaning the exterior of the hearing aid (housing, earhook,
screws). (Fig. 3)
Cleaning the exterior of the mould/adapter. (Fig. 4)
Remove the obstruction of venting the mould. (Fig. 5)
Cleaning the interior of the battery compartment. (Fig. 6)
