Change the seat height according the following steps:

5. Screw the swivel axles of the front wheels loose.
6. Place the bushings according table 2.
7. Install the swivel axles of the front wheels and tighten them. Check the tension in the
swivel axle so it turn smoothly, but there is no space for motion.
8. Mount the rear wheels.
9. If installed properly the swivel axles of the front wheels and the ground must be
perpendicular. Check this.
10.
Adjust the brakes according § 3.4.
1.
Remove the rear wheels (see § 2.14).
2. Screw the axle bushings of the rear wheels
from the axle plate.
3. Assemble the axle bushings in the right hole of
the axle plate, see Table 2.
4. Check if the axle bushings are fastened well.
