ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
7. Slip main burner control knobs (M) and side
burner control knob (N) onto the valve stems
located on the front control panel of the grill
body (O). Remove preassembled screws (HH)
from the lid handle (U). Attach the lid handle
(U) by inserting two screws (HH) from inside the
lid of the grill body (O), through the lid handle
bezels (V), into the handle (U) and tightening
securely.

8. Lock the back two casters to ensure the cart
doesn't move. Carefully place the grill body (O)
over the mounting tabs on the cart side panels
(D and E) and onto the cart. Adjust the grill
body (O) so that the holes in the grill body (O)
are aligned with the holes in the tabs of the cart
side panels (D and E). NOTE: Make sure the
natural gas hose drops inside the cart and exits
through the opening in the cart rear panel (F).
Secure the grill body (O) using 2 screws (EE)
on each side.
Install the natural gas hose holders (Z) by
removing the screws (DD) from the predrilled
holes in the the bottom shelf (A), aligning the
natural gas hose holders (Z) with the predrilled
holes and over the natural gas hose, then
securing with the screws (DD).
