12.1 | Maintenance

WARNING
Work on the electrical system and re-
frigerant circuit.
Contact with live parts may result in electric
shock. Flammable refrigerant can escape and
cause an explosive gas/air mixture. Fire haz-
ard due to sparking or overload.
▪ Only qualified staff may carry out work on
the electrical system and refrigerant circuit.
▪ Observe the specific safety instructions
Page 27, Chapter 2.5.
▪ Observe the electrical safety rules prior to
commencing work.
1. Disconnect the appliance.
2. Secure the appliance against reconnec-
tion.
▪ During the repair a qualified person, who
knows the local conditions, must be avail-
able as contact person for the qualified
staff.
▪ Only qualified staff may restart the appli-
ance and perform functional tests.
CAUTION
Sharp edges, rotating parts. Hot sur-
faces.
Risk of injury to hand and body. Risk of burns
in the event of skin contact.
▪ Maintenance, service, and repair work on
the appliance may only be carried out by
qualified staff.
▪ Use protective gloves.
▪ Do not touch hot surfaces, in particular
compressors, tubular heating elements, hot
gas lines, until they have cooled down.
12.1 Maintenance

– or according to separate maintenance agreement
between AHT and customer
Perform maintenance
Observe maintenance instructions and maintenance
logs. These are available from qualified staff.

12.2 Replacing lights

1. Disconnect the appliance.
2. Secure the appliance against reconnec-
tion.
LED bar replacement
LED bars are located at the following points

– Disconnect the plug connection between the con-
necting cable and the light cable.
Fig. 14: Disconnect the plug connection
Remove LED bars
– Pull the LED bar off the spring.
Fig. 15: Removal of LED bar - Stop (1), Spring (2)
Install LED bars
