Flush potable water pipes thoroughly before and
after installation (observe EN 806 and 1717, as
well as DIN 1988).
Test connections for leaks with water pressure.

When the sensor washbasin mixer is ready for use:
- Hold hand in front of sensor window
- Water comes out at the preset temperature
Temperature setting, refer to fi gure 8 on page 40
- Change temperature by adjusting lever
Safeguard, refer to fi gure 9 on page 41
To safeguard the sensor washbasin mixer against unin-
tended temperature adjustment, the lever can be repla-
ced with a clip:
- Set the desired temperature
- Unscrew lever
- Insert clip
Use with cold water only
To use the sensor washbasin mixer with cold water only,
the hot water hose pipe must be replaced with the inclu-
ded plug, refer to fi gure 10 on page 41.
To ensure the maximum fl ow possible, the temperature
adjustment lever must be set to cold water.
Activate cleaning mode
– Cover the lower half of the sensor window with your
fi nger for 5 s. The water fl ow starts, and stops after 5
s. Now take your fi nger away from the sensor window.
The water fl ow is now interrupted for 180 s.

Activate continuous water fl ow (thermal disinfection)
Only possible when using with hot water!
The temperature selection lever must be set to
maximum hot water fl ow.
Attention! Risk of scalding!
– Cover the lower half of the sensor window with your
fi nger for 10 s. The water fl ow starts, and stops after 5
s. Continue to keep the sensor window covered until a
brief fl ush of water occurs. Remove your fi nger from the
sensor window during the fl ush of water. The sensor
washbasin mixer now fl ushes the water pipes for 2 min.
The continuous water fl ow is interrupted if an object is
moved near the front of the sensor window.
Servicing
Cleaning aerator, replacing if necessary, refer to fi gure
11 on page 41
Assemble in reverse order.
Replacing the solenoid valve, refer to fi gure 12 on
page 41
Assemble in reverse order.

Disposal information! Equipment with this
labelling must not be disposed of in household
refuse, but must be disposed of at a collection
centre intended for this purpose.
