FILING THE WATER TANK
Before filling the water tank make sure that the device is unplugged and that the dry/steam power
selector (1) is set on "0".
Use room temperature ordinary tap water or distilled water for ironing. Never use mineral water or
water containing too much lime or water destined for car batteries.
To fill the water tank use a special measuring cup, the shape of which is adjusted to water-fill hole.
Do not fill the water tank straight from the tap! While pouring water into opening remember to
stick to "MAX" level mark on the side of the water tank (11) and not to overfill.
ANTI-DRIP SYSTEM
The anti-drip system prevents from water spotting at low temperatures.
SELF CLEAN
It is recommended to use the self clean function to prevent from any buildup in the iron. In order to
do it, follow this instruction:
- fill the water tank until MAX line
- plug in and set the temperature dial (7) to "MAX"
- after the control lamp (8) goes out, unplug and hold horizontally e.g. over a sink
- press SELF CLEAN button (10) for about a minute and shake the iron
- after cooling down wipe the soleplate with moistened cloth to remove any dirt
Water and steam coming from the iron during self cleaning are hot and there is a danger of
burning.

button (3)

"0".You may use any range of temperatures depending on the kind of fabric. If the water tank is
full you may use the spray function,
- the iron should be stored in vertical position, unplugged, cooled down and with no water
- dry iron at low temperatures
CLEANING
- before cleaning the appliance unplug it and wait until it cools down completely.
- the iron should not be immersed in water
- do not use abrasives or heavy duty wipes and sponges because they may destroy the
appliance
- the iron and soleplate should be wiped with moistened cloth, and later with clean dry cloth.
