It is essential for manually operated valves to be in the right position
according to the desired product circulation operation. Section 9.2 of
this Manual details the positions of the valves according to each
operation.
The tube also has a nozzle with a clamp ferrule for product inlet under vacuum (if
desired).

Weighing and dosage system
Each leg of vessel is equipped with a weigh module that sends the information of
the vessel's weigh to PLC, from where it is possible to control the dosage of
auxiliary products.

Cleaning system
There are three cleaning balls on the vessel's cover whose design allows liquid
cleaning products (water, detergent) to be introduced in the reactor such that the
entire reactor inner wall is covered so as to wash away any product remains stuck
thereto.
