PID CONTROLS
Allow the configuration of PID parameters for temperature control process.
TEMPERATURE PID CONTROL
Parameter Description
Input Actual temperature of vessel
Set Point Desired temperatura of vessel
Control OUT % actual opening of steam regulation valve
Proportional Proportional parameter for PID regulation
Integral Integral parameter for PID regulation
Derivation Derivative parameter for PID regulation
EN Manual Selects Manual or Automatic steam regulation valve
opening.
SP Manual Allows to introduce % opening of steam regulaton
valve in case manual mode is selected
Status Shows the status of PID control
Error Show if there is any fault in PID control
Note 1: PID values are to be set when the reactor is started after being installed in its final location.
