(e.g. gasoline or solvents) are stored.
•
The Power Station and its components are not intended for use in areas subject to the ATEX
Directive (Atmospheres Explosibles - explosion prevention area).
•
Make sure there is sufficient ventilation during operation.
•
Do not cover the device during charging as excessive heating may cause damage.
•
During charging, detonating gas (gaseous hydrogen and oxygen) may form. lf this gas comes
into contact with open fire (flames, embers, sparks), explosions may occur. Never charge the
Power Station battery near open fire or wherever sparks may occur.
•
Make sure that the supply voltage and the voltage specified on the power adapter
•
(220-240 V AC) agree to prevent damage to the device.
•
Cease use of the device immediately if smoke forms or you sense any unusual odor.
Risk of chemical bun
•
Batteries contain acid which can cause damage to eyes and skin. During charging, gases and
vapors form which are hazardous for health.
•
Avoid all contact with corrosive battery acid. In case of contact with battery acid, thoroughly
wash the affected skin area or object with water immediately. In case of eye contact with battery
acid, rinse your eyes under running water for at least 5 minutes. Contact a medical health
professional immediately.
•
Do not inhale any gases or vapors that form.
•
Make sure there is sufficient ventilation.
Risk of electric shock
•
Do not operate the Power Station or its components if either are damaged. Damage to the
power cable, the Power Station itself or the charging cable increase the risk of electric shock.
•
Never unplug the power adapter by pulling its cable, instead use the housing. The product could
get damaged otherwise.
•
Make sure that all plugs and cables are clean and free of moisture. Never plug the power
