What does the status indicator light mean?
The indicator light on the side of your wireless charging change
tray volt'H gives a status report, depending on the situation:
– solid white light: your wireless charging change tray volt'H is
connected to a power source.
– flashing white light: your wireless charging change tray volt'H
is charging a device.
– flashing red light: a foreign and incompatible object is con-
nected to your change tray volt'H, or your device is not well
aligned with your change tray volt'H.
– solid red light: your wireless charging change tray volt'H has
an operational issue. Make sure your device is Qi-certified, then
try repositioning it. If the issue persists, contact Hermès after-
sales service.
