Crankshaft Locking Pin (6 / 7), to be used as OEM KM6203 (MOT1536) / OEM MOT1489
Turn the crankshaft in the direction of
engine rotation until the recesses in
the camshafts are vertical.
Insert the crankshaft locking pin.
Exhaust Camshaft Locking Tool , to be used as OEM KM6204 (MOT1537)
Place the exhaust camshaft locking tool on the
recess of the exhaust camshaft and tighten it.
Loosen the screw connection from the toothed
belt pulley.
If the tool can not be installed, the crankshaft
must be turned 180 degrees.
Inlet Camshaft Locking Tool , to be used as OEM KM6205 (MOT1534)
Place the inlet camshaft locking tool on the
recess of the inlet camshaft and tighten it.
Loosen the screw from the toothed belt pulley.
