• Do not use the appliance near hot surfaces
or flammable materials. Never set up the
appliance close to or underneath flammable
objects, especially not under curtains or sus-
pended cupboards.
• Do not insert anything into the ventilation
slits of the appliance housing and do not
cover them.
• Do not allow any liquids to get into the venti-
lation slits of the appliance housing.
• Do not use the appliance continuously for
more than 10 minutes. Allow the appliance
to cool for 15 minutes after every use before
using it again.
• Do not pour any ingredients such as sugar,
salt, oil, butter, etc. into the popcorn cham-
ber, as these can damage the appliance. You
can add those ingredients to the finished
popcorn once, outside the appliance.
• Never operate the appliance without adding
kernels to the popcorn chamber.

Maintenance and cleaning
Cleaning
Always remove the plug from the outlet before cleaning the appliance. Allow the appliance to
cool down completely before cleaning.
Do not wash in the dishwasher!
Never immerse the appliance, the power cable or the plug in water or any other liquid! This
can lead to a potentially fatal electric shock!
Do not use harsh, chemical or abrasive cleaning agents! They can irreparably damage the
surface of the device.
Clean the popcorn chamber with a dry cloth. If necessary, slightly moisten the cloth.
Clean the motor unit with a damp cloth. If necessary, apply a mild detergent to the cloth.
Then, wipe with a cloth dampened only with water to clear any detergent residue.
Make sure moisture does not enter the product while cleaning to avoid damage to the prod-
uct and related repairs.
Clean the lid and the measuring cup in warm water with a mild detergent. Rinse these parts
afterwards with plenty of water.
Dry all parts thoroughly before use.
Storage
Allow the appliance to cool down completely before storing it.
When no longer using the device, store the product in a dry environment, protected from
dust and direct sunlight.
Store your appliance inside the original case provided.
