Disassembly procedure of the reel
1. Unfasten the bolt of the earth clamp (1) & Rubber stopper(1-1) and decrease the tension (3)
after slide the cable out into the cable guide (2).
2. Unfasten the bolt on the spring case(4) and disconnect the spring case.
3. Disassemble the cover (5) after lay down the disconnected spring case.
4. Disassemble the spring case. Tighten the spring(6,7) with a vice plier so that the spring does not pop up,
after that gently pry the spring off the spring case.
5. Assembly is the reverse of the disassembly procedure.
1. Release the spring tension after
disassemble the earth clamp &
rubber stopper.
3. Disassemble the cover onto the spring
case which was disassembled.

2. Unfasten the bolt of spring case.
4. Disassemble the spring safely.
