9 Service Address and Repairs
CAUTION!
Only service technicians authorized by WORLD OF MEDICINE are permitted to
perform any modifications or repairs.
Unauthorized opening, modifications or repairs of the equipment releases
WORLD OF MEDICINE from any liability concerning the safe operation of the de-
vice and additional equipment. The warranty is then null and void.
• The warranty term covers 1 year after purchasing the device.
Repairs can be finished quicker if the device is sent directly to WORLD OF MEDI-
CINE.
Use the original packaging material if the device has to be returned. The manu-
facturer is not responsible for transport damages due to insufficient or unsuit-
able packaging.
Please make sure that all required information has been supplied:
• Name and address of owner
• Device type
• Serial number (see box label or on the proximal side of the video lens.)
• Description of defect
