Cleaning and Drying

Drying and cleaning focuses on tubes, ear pieces
and molds.

Put the hearing aids into the charging slots and close
the lid.
UVC cleaning* starts automatically after closing the lid
and lasts 15 min

Ongoing UVC cleaning process is indicated by LEDs
(see table "Charging and cleaning status")

Drying starts automatically after closing the lid and
lasts 4 hours.
* Ultraviolet C light, used for hygienic cleansing. Significantly reduces risk for ear
infections caused by germs, bacteria and fungi.

LED Description
UVC cleaning status LED is slowly blinking white:
Cleaning for 15 minutes and only with closed lid.

Charging status LEDs

Left LED Right LED Description
No LED light:
The charger is not connected to a power
supply.
No hearing aid is inserted or the hearing
aid is inserted incorrectly.
